Core Responsibilities

To research, document, and maintain accurate product and service data within the Core of Volunteers’ HubSpot system — forming the foundation for fair pricing, transparency, and impact reporting.

  • Review assigned tasks or “deals” that require missing products or services.
  • Search trusted retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Lowe’s, etc.) for accurate product matches.
  • Record retail price, description, and image link for each product.
  • Add verified products into the HubSpot Product Database.
  • Update the assigned deal ticket and notify the Fulfillment team.
  • Verify accuracy by comparing multiple sources when possible.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Specialist to move the deal to the next phase.
