Pickup & Delivery Driver

Core Responsibilities

To safely and reliably transport items between partner organizations, storage facilities, and families in need. Drivers help maintain the flow of donations and care packages, ensuring timely delivery with care and professionalism.

  • Pick up and deliver care packages, supplies, or donated goods.
  • Confirm deliveries and provide status updates in HubSpot or via team chat.
  • Follow assigned routes or work with Coordinators to plan efficient drop-offs.
  • Handle items carefully and protect family privacy.
  • Communicate any issues (delays, missing packages, unsafe conditions) promptly.
  • Assist with loading or unloading at event sites or partner locations.
